It is difficult to put into words just how amazing the Cosy Gardens experience can be. We found them via Checkatrade. Polly soon engaged us and she swiftly scheduled an onsite survey. We had emails exchanged on particular design considerations, which clarified our design requirements and the final quote. It's crucial to get this part right, it's probably why we were never disappointed. We then agreed a start date and payment schedule, the team arrived as expected on day 1. What happened next was a joy to watch. Suffice to say we are very happy with the end result. These are trader you can trust.

Cosy Gardens have just built a garden office for us with a surrounding patio. The back of our garden was a complete mess and they did a fantastic job, we are so pleased with it. They were very polite, professional, hard working and nothing was a problem for them. They finished the work in 2/3 weeks which was amazing with hardly any intrusion. Polly is an extremely efficient co-ordinator. We would highly recommend them if you are thinking of having a garden office. We will have them back to landscape our garden once our kitchen is finished.

The team has completed two phases of my garden project so far. Flexible, considerate, and extremely hard-working, they have managed to turn my sketches into reality at an affordable price and to a very high standard. We had a few challenges along the way, but the team were very accomodating and did everything they could to put me at ease. Considering very limited access to my garden, I am actually a bit in awe of what they have managed to build with nothing but muscle and solid hard work! Several neighbours and friends have since asked for their details, so the quality speaks for itself.

The Cosy Gardens Team did a great job on our garden, which needed clearance, decking built, patio layed and planters put in. They're a very hard working team who work quickly, with high standards of workmanship, and left things very tidy. There was good communication about the project, and we were able to design it just how we wanted it. I would recommend Cosy Gardens and book them again!

Cosy Gardens did a fantastic job on our garden renovation. This included Decking, raised planters, artificial grass and a new gate. Cosy gardens did a fantastic job in our garden, putting up new fences, relaying paving slabs and building a raised timber bed. They were the best quote we had and we are incredibly happy with the finish. The team were efficient, professional and friendly, they tidied up after themselves each day and responded to our needs and questions promptly. We chose Cosy Gardens to re-landscape our entire back garden. We selected them out of five quotes as they came across as the most professional, knowledgeable and willing to implement our ideas / requirements. We are very glad that we did so - the team were professional, incredibly hard working, detail focused and flexible in their approach. We also appreciated that they tidied up after themselves every day and treated our home as if it were their own. The project was finished on time and to a top standard. What a Masterpiece. I am absolutely over the moon with what has been done to my garden. The exact idea I had pictured and requested is what I was given. Both Terry and his partner were very professional, polite men who when it came to getting the job done, everyday had something to show for it. It was exciting to know that each day that passed something new was being done and progression was being made. Terry also made very good suggestions to contribute to the outcome of our garden which my children for the first time in years have spent every day out in since it had been completed.

We had sizeable job Inc water feature (rill with mini waterfall), porcelain paving and walling for raised beds, grass, custom larchwood fence, double cavity brick shed with fibreglass roof, underfloor heating, toilet and lighting throughout. Polly, Vince and team provided excellent service, great communication, accommodated special requests and gave a fantastic finish leaving everything clean and tidy. Was on time and on schedule throughout with high quality materials used. Highly recommended.

We just had our garden done by cosy gardens and we are over the moon with how it turned out. The team has been very professional from start to finish. We had to make changes to the design and they were very accommodating and patient with us. The team turned up when they said they would and always kept us informed about what was happening and when. The end result is stunning and exactly what we had envisioned. We highly recommend them and quite honest will make sure they will do our driveway next year.

We are very happy with the result. They delivered exactly what was agreed and were very professional, patient and kind in the process. They turned up when they were supposed to and excused themselves when they were not able to turn up due to the materials not having arrived on time. We had a few hiccups due to the coronavirus such as the original tiles not being available anymore but they took the time to find tiles in our price range and to our taste. We are so happy that we will hire them again for our front garden.

Amazing! It wasn't intended that we were going to hire people to do the job, but my husband is waiting for an operation and cannot do any lifting at the moment. It was going to be our project. However, these guys are our neighbours and we approached them to do the job during lock down as they were able to access our garden whilst keeping social distance and they started straight away. 3 days later a beautiful job was done! Very courteous, clean and the standard of work was fantastic!

Cosy gardens have just completed my beautiful new garden. I had to call them in after trusting a previous company who completed ruined my garden. Cosy Gardens completely reconstructed our garden, including new patio and paving, and turning the previous sloping lawn into a series of flat paved and grassed steps. The team was extremely helpful before, during and after the work. They kept excellent time and continued to work in poor weather as much as possible. The finished work was excellent quality and we have already asked for a quote for additional work. Would thoroughly recommend them.

The work was carried out to a high standard. Whenever I had any questions they were answered fully and exactly how I wanted. The team were polite and worked hard even in less than perfect weather. I had lots of other gardeners let me down and I’m glad they did. I couldn’t want for a better team to have completed the work and recommend them 100%.

They said it would take 5 days and took 4 so worked at a rapid pace. They had lots of people helping who were committed to quality at speed. Although a little tricky to communicate with workers directly, Polly was customer liaison and very attentive so never felt out of control of anything. We have to say the guys are very good at timekeeping and very responsive! We got the first appointment in a week and received the quote 2 days after the appointment, it was much quicker than the other four companies we asked. They were very patient and helped us to work out something within our budget. During the job, although there were small misunderstanding of what we wanted, the guys were very helpful and talked to us immediately, so we came up with solutions very quickly and the job was done smoothly on schedule. We are very happy with job and would definitely recommend Cosy Garden!

Very pleasant Hired Cosy Gardens to transform our garden. It is about 16 sq metres and was badly overgrown with weeds. We asked them to clear out the garden and lay porcelain paving throughout. We live in a basement flat with no side access and so everything had to come through the flat. The team did a great job. They were friendly and really clean. They protected our wooden floor as they brought all the kit through the house. They worked really hard to an excellent standard. We are really happy with the end result. Job did take a day extra than estimate but came to finish it without extra charge.experience, good communication and finished on time despite some changes to the initial plan.

Great team of guys who arrived promptly everyday. Day one was super impressive, they arrived on time and recapped thoroughly the brief of the work and the approach they would take - we’ve had a lot of building work done on our house and the Cosy Garden teams were by far the most professional trades people we’ve had in with a perfectionist attitude. I trusted their opinion completely! We’re really impressed with the end result: garden cleared; new fencing erected; planters around the garden; patio laid, drainage, artificial turf and gravel area. They also worked with my electrician on lighting.

Vince and his team did a brilliant job. We had our garden redone, this included removing lots of old decking and sleepers and replacing decking, adding a patio, paving a path, redoing all the beds. They provided a competitive quote, and stuck to it, even doing extra bits and pieces for free. We weren't home at all times but they were extremely professional and trustworthy, and got on the with job. We are delighted with the final result and would highly recommend them.

The work completed was truly excellent. I had a bare shell of a garden which previously consisted of two outbuildings. The works were: 1. New fencing throughout 2 .Raised planting area with sleepers,planting new plants covering with membrane and finally with Scottish cobbles. 3. Two new decking areas 4. Re-turf entire garden after levelling. 5. Oh yes my favourite lots of lights in decking and in sleepers 6. They also help me assemble some flat pack rattan furniture I was having trouble with. Very highly recommended!! Truly excellent! Thanks guys for giving us a perfect garden

I called back Vince (his team) to work on my garden following installation of artificial grass. This time they were installing edging, levelling an area and laying down stones. Both job's were carried out professionally and I am really pleased with the results. Vince was competitive with his quote and the team were polite/friendly and cleaned up after. They even helped to clear out weeds in my front garden. I would definitely recommend them and use them again should I need any further work completing.

We cannot thank Cosy Gardens team enough for the tremendous effort and work they have done for us. They redone our front and back garden which was a lot of work! They were all extremely professional, and very kind. They ensured that everything was the way we wanted it, before they started the work. The team also finished the work sooner than anticipated! As you will see from the photos, the preview owners kept the garden in subpar conditions, and it wasn’t suitable to spend any time outside. The work that cosy done, has made it a beautiful space, and place to want to spend time in.(ps. We done the flowers and planters in the front)
Polly was also great. Very quick to respond when needed and was extremely helpful with any questions we had.
